    To make movement education accessible to everyone in a playful way.

    Our method is called Fitness Level. We 'gamified' the entire world of movement to make your progress finally visible and fun. Our system maps everything: from gym workouts and home training, through endurance for triathlons, to peak performance (gymnastics) and targeted rehab (physio).

    He is the creator of the entire Principle Guy. His vision is to change the perspective on movement and turn it into a game that everyone will enjoy. Erik is a graduate of FPES, European Champion in Jiu-Jitsu, and WFF PRO Bodybuilder.
